Our Heart's Desire
Here at Christ Community Church, we have our priorities: our hearts' desire is to see people come to faith in Jesus Christ, grow in His likeness and character, and serve Him in our community, country, and around the world. Our various ministries help people of all ages fulfill this goal. There's a group for everyone at Christ Community Church! Children's Ministry
Kid's Church
Our children's ministry is for ages 0 to 6th grade. We have two nursery classes available for 0 to 18 months, and 18 months to 3 years old. We also offer an interactive PreK class for kids ages 3 to 5. These classes are available at 10:20 A.M. on Sundays. Our elementary class ranges in age from K to 6th grade and teaches kids straight from God's Word. They will learn how to handle life situations God's way. This class is available after worship begins at the Sunday service in the sanctuary.
A.W.A.N.A.
On Wednesday nights during the school year we run a kid's program called AWANA. It stands for Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed. This program is for ages 3 to 6th grade. Each age group has a time of games, Bible handbook time, and counsel time. Kids earn awards and prizes throughout the year and are encouraged to work toward personal goals that help them get closer to God.
Youth Ministry
UnVeiled
The youth ministry of Christ C0mmunity Church is called UnVeiled (UV). UV exists to develop young people in grades 6 to 12th into fully devoted followers of Jesus, equipping them to become world changers for the glory of God. UV meets every Thursday evening at 7:00 P.M. There is a café, a game room, sports events, and great live music. UnVeiled youth is not some weekly service. It is a can't miss event every Thursday night that will change your life! College/Career Group
If you are between the ages of 18 and 25, then this group is for you! We meet on Saturday evenings at 7:30 P.M. at the church. Don't want to be out in the world? Tired of trying to find wholesome activities to attend on Saturday evenings? Come hang out with us. Listen to music, play pool, ping pong or board games, or just relax and spend time with each other discussing things that are relevant to you. We are having such a great time getting together each week and getting to know one another. You don't know what you are missing. We are planning outside activities such as bowling, ice skating, maybe even a concert or trip to Busch Gardens. Women's Ministry
The Women's Ministry offers a variety of events and outreach opportunites. We meet one Saturday a month for a time of devotion and fellowship. We also have retreats and projects. We have a great group of ladies, from young adults to seniors, there is a place for everyone. Check the calendar for event dates and times.
Men's Ministry
The Men's Ministry offers a Men's Breakfast one Saturday morning of each month. They also have a men's Bible Study and various other events. Watch the calendar for event dates and times.
Over 50's Ministry
The Over 50's Ministry provides opportunities for growth, fellowship and service together. Contact the church for more information or watch the calendar for event dates and times.
Missions Ministry
Mark 16:15 reads: "And He said to them, 'Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature'." Here, at Christ Community Church, we take the Great Commission very seriously. This is why 10% of all our tithes and offerings is committed to missions work. Currently, we help support missionaries in Haiti, Dominican Republic, and India.
